St. Patrick's Day

So I planned to make these cookies with Tori on St. Pat's day. She dogged me for her friends and so I begged Mick to take pity on me and help me. When he was tiny, he loved to help me in the kitch, but about a year ago when I asked if he wanted to help me make some treats his reply was, " I am more of a taster than a maker." As I was saying, I talked him into (forced him into) making these with me. I think he ended up having fun with it. You get to work food coloring into different balls of dough and then roll them all out and layer them to make the rainbow. All very messy-right up his alley. I loved getting some one on one time with my oldest. It doesn't happen as much as it used to :)

He looks mad here, but he really wasn't.
